This page says what we keep about you, why, and how to raise a request about it. Short sections, no fog.

The essentials
We keep what an account and an order need, we do not sell it, and you can raise a request about it through your account page at any time.
What we hold
Account details
Your email and sign-in method, so you can reach your balance and orders.
Order records
Target URLs, keywords, donor choices, prices, status and invoices.
Technical logs
IP address, browser type and request times, kept for security and fault-finding.
Messages
Anything you send us through your account, so the conversation stays in one place.
Why we keep it
We use your details to run the service, send receipts and keep fraud down. Nothing more. That is the full list of purposes.
Order and invoice records may be kept where tax and accounting rules ask for it, and technical logs are used only for security and fault-finding. Closing an account does not remove placements that are already live.
Payments are processed by third-party providers, who handle card or payment data under their own policies. We see the result of a payment, not your card number.
Where we use service providers for hosting, email or support, they process data on our instructions. We share only what a task needs, and we do not trade your details with advertisers.
Cookies and measurement
We use essential cookies for sign-in and the basket. Without them the account area cannot remember who you are from one page to the next. Short and necessary. Nothing else is stored in them that we need.
We may use simple, aggregate analytics to see which pages are read, and we do not build advertising profiles.
You can block cookies in your browser, though the basket and sign-in then may not work.
Your choices
Use your account page to ask what we hold, to fix a mistake or to raise any other request. Some records, such as invoices, may need to be kept for bookkeeping.
If we change this page we will date it at the top. The current version applies from the date shown, and material changes will be flagged in your dashboard.
Children are not our audience. The service is meant for adults who run or write for websites, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone children. If you think we have, tell us through your account.
