These rules cover buying and selling links on Koi Content. By creating an account or placing an order you agree to them.

Who we are

Koi Content operates this marketplace. Write to us through your account page for anything below.

We may update these terms, and the date at the top shows the current version.

If a clause is found unenforceable, the rest still stands.

What you promise when you order

  • The target page is yours, or you have the owner's permission to promote it
  • The page is lawful and not misleading, hateful or abusive
  • You will not use the service to push malware, scams or content that infringes others' rights
  • Details you give us, including billing details, are accurate
  • You are old enough to enter a contract where you live

Orders and payment

Items stay in your basket without charge until you pay. Payment is taken from the balance you top up in the dashboard, and invoices or proforma invoices are available there.

Once paid, the article is prepared according to the content mode you chose: automatic from a URL and keyword, from your own instructions, or from your own finished article. Placements usually go live within about 24 hours, though that is an estimate and not a deadline.

A placement is meant to be permanent. Donor sites are independent businesses, so we cannot control every future change on them.

No guaranteed outcomes

We sell placements, not rankings. Search results depend on factors we do not control, and we make no promise about position, traffic or timing.

Problems with an order

If a placement is not delivered, or does not match your order, write to us through your account page with the order details. We will look into it where the fault is ours.

A link that performs less well than you hoped is not a delivery fault.

Publishers

If you sell links from your own site, you set the price, approve each placement and are paid weekly. You are responsible for the content on your site and for keeping approved placements live.

We may suspend an account that breaches these terms, abuses the service or puts others at risk, and we will say why. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned, to the extent the law allows.

You may close your account whenever you like. Questions about unused balance go through your account page.
